Less Than 24 Till We Take Our First Steps

I arrived in New Hampshire early this morning right around 1:00 am.  I grabbed my luggage and headed outside.  It was chilly compared to California and before I could even put my sweater on, Ben pulled up in the Subaru with Sara.  I was all smiles as I met Sara for the first time.  Ben's timing was simply perfect.  So perfect in fact, Sara went to meet Ben at the designated location off of the freeway and as they both were traveling to that location. around the Boston area, Sara ended up driving right behind Ben, as if the two cars were magnetized to each other.  Kind of scary how all of us are being attracted to each other in a way that can only be described as "creepy"

As I took a drink from my coffe cup this morning, I could not help but realize that the cup said, "Bold Beginnings" The signs are everywhere.

Today, we pick up the 4th member of the team, Jeff in Maine.

We then will spend the night at the trail head in Maine.

Tomorrow at 4:00 am, we take our first steps. Life is wonderful, enjoy it.
